During the fitness consultation, we will analyze how your body moves and functions by assessing your current joint mobility, core stability, and biomechanics. We will also discuss your injury history (if applicable), and guide you through a short workout. This consultation provides PKW the necessary data to formulate a custom fitness program for your goals and body structure.
